The Adidam Ruchiradam Property LLC is purposed to receive gifts and bequests of real estate in support of all areas of Avatar Adi Da’s Work.

The Adidam Ruchiradam Property LLC is a Limited Liability Corporation legally associated with the Avataric Samrajya of Adidam USA, which is based in the United States. As an LLC, it provides protection from any potential liabilities associated with real properties. The 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status of the Avataric Samrajya of Adidam USA allows gifts of real estate to be tax deductible in the United States.

The Adidam Ruchiradam Property LLC is closely integrated with the Adidam Ruchiradam Fund, which together serve to receive and allocate all types of gifts in support of every area of Avatar Adi Da’s Work, including:

  • Development and glorification of the Hermitages and Sanctuaries established by Avatar Adi Da, including Adi Da Samrajashram (Naitauba),
  • Preservation of the Adidam Sacred Archives and protection of the intellectual property created by Avatar Adi Da,
  • Publication and promotion of Avatar Adi Da’s spiritual, philosophical, practical, and literary writings,
  • Fabrication and promotion of Avatar Adi Da’s artworks,
  • Support of Avatar Adi Da’s world-work,
  • Support of the devotional culture, mission, and cooperative sacred culture of Avatar Adi Da’s formally practicing devotees.

Gifts to the Adidam Ruchiradam Property LLC without restrictions or specific designations are most welcome and will be prioritized for allocation in the context of the totality of Avatar Adi Da’s Work and current needs within Adidam Ruchiradam. If you wish to support one or more specific areas of Avatar Adi Da’s Work, the Adidam Ruchiradam Property LLC will direct your gift according to your instructions.
 

The Mountain of Attention Sanctuary

The Adidam Ruchiradam Property LLC operates in accordance with prudent real-estate management standards to ensure the most effective use of donated properties. Properties received by the Adidam Ruchiradam Property LLC may be handled as follows:

  • Properties that are important as buffer properties for the Hermitages and Sanctuaries in the US may be retained by the LLC.
  • Properties that can help generate ongoing income to support all areas Adidam may be also retained by the LLC. Ruchiradam. Real estate professionals are engaged to manage these properties.
  • Properties to generate financial support for all areas of Adidam Ruchiradam may be sold by the LLC. Real estate professionals are engaged to sell such properties.
  • Properties that are better suited to ownership by other Adidam entities such as the Adidam Holy Domains or the “Bright”-House Adidam may be reassigned to these entities. For example, a property that borders a Sanctuary and should become part of the grounds of that Sanctuary.

Suggested language to include in your planned giving documents for a bequest of real estate:

"I hereby bequest the real property located at [street address] with property parcel number [parcel number] to the Adidam Ruchiradam Property LLC (EIN: 83-3826335) to be added to the Adidam Ruchiradam Property LLC [OPTIONAL: and to be used for the following Adidam purposes:_________________]."

The Adidam Ruchiradam Property LLC qualifies as a tax-exempt organization in the USA by its legal association with the Avataric Samrajya of Adidam USA, which is organized under the laws of California as a non-profit religious corporation and is approved by the United States IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
